George Dahl - Architect The way this building angles outward ever so slightly as it rises upward makes it a delight to view and contemplate how uninteresting it may otherwise have been. The mini skirt fashions date this watercolor rendering to the late '60's. George Dahl is creditied with designing the Texas Centenial Fair buildings of 1936.
